These are the rules for using ReachSeen, in plain words.

The service

ReachSeen runs an automated scan of one public page. A free scan shows two scores and the top 3 issues. A full report costs $29. You pay that amount first. Then the full scan runs. The price is for that one report of that one URL.

No surprise charges

We do not sign you up for a subscription. We do not charge again for the same report. If a card payment fails, the full scan does not run.

Not legal advice

The report is not legal advice. It is not a certificate. It does not prove that a page meets WCAG, the ADA, or any other law. It does not promise a search ranking or a mention by an AI tool. Scores describe the checks we could run at that moment.

Your part

Only scan a URL you are allowed to fetch. Do not use the scanner to attack a site, to probe a private network, or to overload someone else's server.

The report link

The report page is unlisted, but anyone with the link can open it. We do not add a password in this version. Treat the link as private if the page you scanned is sensitive.

If a paid scan fails

Email info@reachseen.com and include the time and the URL. We will run the scan again. If we cannot deliver the report, we will tell you how to ask Stripe for a refund.

Limits

We may refuse a scan, or slow scans that come too fast from one network. The tool can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for what you change on your site after you read a report. We are not liable for lost sales, lost rankings, or a claim that your site fails a law.
